Delivery Information

We offer both Next Day Delivery and Pick up options.

Next day shipping and delivery within the lower mainland (delivery areas below) with the minimum purchase of $199.00 *before tax and bottle deposit. All deliveries can be made to your home or business and have a fuel surcharge of $4.99 + tax. Cut off for next day delivery is 5:00 pm. All orders placed after that time will be delivered to you on the next day following, subject to availability within your area.

There is a chance that we are not able to guarantee your delivery day/time due to occurrences out of our control. Instances could include obstructions in traffic, severe weather conditions, online order escalation.

Orders under $199.00* before tax and bottle deposit for next day delivery within the lower mainland (delivery areas below) will be a charge of $19.99 and the fuel surcharge of $4.99 + tax.

Aldergrove, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, East Vancouver, Horseshoe Bay, Ladner, Langley, Maple Ridge, Mission, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Richmond, Surrey, Tsawwassen, Vancouver, West Vancouver and White Rock.

For next day delivery on all orders, you will be contacted the evening before or the morning of your delivery to set up an approximate delivery window. We will gladly do our best to make arrangements for a delivery time that best suits your schedule. All deliveries must be received by someone of legal drinking age (19 years old +) Photo ID may be requested. Liquor deliveries will NOT be left unattended.

Pick-Up

Skip the line up by ordering your products and pre-paying online! Browse our extensive selection of beer, wine, spirits, coolers and ciders then have our friendly staff assemble it for you. There are no fees or minimum to order for pick up. All orders must be placed before 5pm to be ready for pick up the following day. All orders placed before 5pm will be ready the following morning at 12pm. Contact us for same day pick up as it is available upon request.

Returns

Our goal is customer satisfaction, should you need to return a product for any reason please contact us. We will need the following information:

1. Reason for return
2. Product name
3. Date of purchase
4. Customer first and last name
5. Contact phone number and email address

We will contact you to make arrangements for your return and a full refund. All returns must be made within 10 days of the original purchase. A copy of your receipt is required for all refunds.
